    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing pursuant to Open Meeting Law, Article 7, Chapter 56, Section 103-a (the "Open Meetings Law") will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.., local time, by the County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (the “CCIDA”), the Chautauqua Region Economic Development Corporation (the “CREDC”), and the Chautauqua County Capital Resource Corporation (the “CRC,” and collectively with the CCIDA and the CREDC, the “Agency”) at BWB Building, 2nd Floor Board Room, 201 West Third St., Jamestown, NY 14701, in connection with the following matter: Public Meeting Videoconferencing Policy.   The Agency will review and consider proposed written procedures governing member and public attendance via videoconferencing for members to participate in meetings of the Agency from a private location when necessitated by extraordinary circumstances or for members with a disability (the “Video Conferencing Policy”) in accordance with Section 103-a of the Public Officers Law (the “POL”).
