The latest installment of the Live CHQ Showcase features their coverage of Westfield First Friday, a monthly event during the summer season that takes place in the bustling village of Westfield near the shore of Lake Erie, and sponsored by the CHQ Chamber.

Mural festivals are all about celebrating community! As part of Chautauqua County’s first mural festival, Paint CHQ, four communities are installing murals by regional and international artists, as well as hosting artist talks, mural dedications, and an exciting lineup of local art events – all FREE and family friendly!

Chautauqua County has a long history with locally sourced food, going back to the 19th century with dairy operations that helped to make it the largest cheese producer in New York State, along with a burgeoning grape industry that eventually led to nationally recognized juice and wine products. Today, Chautauqua County has a diverse mix of locally sourced food that can be found at local Farmers Markets, Roadside Farm Stands, Food Pantries, and more.

Join United Way of Chautauqua County and Live CHQ in making a difference during our inaugural Day of Caring! This community-wide initiative connects volunteers and resources with local agencies and schools needing support.

Live CHQ will once again partner with the Jamestown Tarp Skunks in a Community Buyout Night, also serving as a salute to First Responders & Healthcare Professionals from across the Chautauqua Region!

With hundreds of miles of trails for public use, there’s a plethora of outdoor attractions to discover and explore in Chautauqua County, NY, regardless of the season.

The first installment of The Live CHQ Showcase features their coverage of comic sensation Gabrial "Fluffy" Iglesias at the National Comedy Center in Jamestown.

Since 2012, this monthly music feature has drawn residents and visitors alike to the Wintergarden Plaza (North Main Street, between Third and Fourth Streets) every third Thursday of the month, from May through September.

With Spring just around the corner, we wanted to share the news about the return of a special program that benefits individuals and families who live in Chautauqua County - no matter the location or community! Thanks to the USDA, Cornell Cooperative Extension Chautauqua is happy to organize the Grow Chautauqua food box distribution program. Each week, local, county-grown produce is procured and purchased from local farms and distributed at no cost to the local community. All Community Members are welcome to participate.
