‘Understanding the Generational Mix at Work’ Scheduled for May 30

FREDONIA, NY – The CHQ Professionals Group is excited to announce a special networking and professional development workshop scheduled for Friday, May 30 and open to professionals from across the Chautauqua Region.

"Understanding the Generation Mix at Work” is a workshop intended to provide valuable insights into navigating today’s multigenerational workplace. It will be facilitated by Cindy Aronson, owner and principal of Cindy Aronson Training and The Comedy-Code.

The event will be held on Friday, May 30 from 8 a.m. to noon at The White Inn in Fredonia. Attendees will enjoy a morning of learning, networking, and breakfast—all for just $5.

Open to all professionals, the workshop offers a unique opportunity to build skills, make connections, and gain a fresh perspective on generational dynamics in the workplace.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Cindy back,” said Leslie Wille, co-chair of the CHQ Professionals Group. “Her last workshop was one of our most popular, and attendees left with practical tools they could use right away. This session promises to be just as engaging and insightful.”

“We created this event to bring people together across industries and generations,” said Monica Simpson, co-chair of the CHQ Professionals Group. “Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, this workshop will offer practical takeaways and a fresh perspective on how we all work better together.”

This event is sponsored by Cattaraugus County Bank, The White Inn, and Larson-Timko Funeral Home.
